Just to say a very BIG THANK YOU for all the work and effort you and your team have put into refurbishing our various switch plates, lights, and sundries. Your 'can-do' attitude, attention to detail and desire to get everything just right has been very much appreciated - especially since it isn’t an approach one comes across very often these days (unfortunately).It’ll be a while before the lights and switch plates are installed, as we still have a lot of making good to do and don’t want to put them up and risk damaging or scratching them, but I promise I will send you photos once we’re a bit more decent. We will think of you fondly and often when we are using them everyday!

Always gives a prompt service, second to none. Updates on your order are given very soon after it's been placed. I've ordered in an afternoon and the next morning my items are delivered. Seller has been helpful with a query in the past as well. Anything wrong with an item (unusual but it can happen) and a replacement is sent out very quickly. Given the mess a lot of company's parcel deliveries seem to have got into during the pandemic I think this seller stands out. I have bought quite a few things from them and have no hesitation in recommending.

I purchased six ceiling roses, which are an inexpensive item, but had a few questions so decided to telephone for help. The man I spoke to was incredibly helpful and, despite the low cost, didn't rush me and really went the extra mile explaining everything in great detail - clearly passionate, not to mention very knowledgeable, about their products! Would definitely recommend this company. Delivery arrived next day too, despite not paying extra for this!

Really good selection of vintage style lighting accessories. Very pleased with my baker light switches and braided cord. Customer service is spot on so if in doubt about your project, then Ken’s your man. Best to inquire first if you’re not sure. Although they were very good about returns when things do go wrong. Great to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic from start to finish. Ken is a great guy, lovely to speak to and a mountain of knowledge. Unique Bakelite parts that cannot be found anywhere else, certainly in the UK and EU, possibly the world! These are supplied to more fancier companies that charge 4-6 times the price. Great service and a pleasure to deal with.
